1.1 Prepare A 15/16" Or Adjustable WRENCH Before Installation

1.2 You can lock the tightener from the top or bottom.

                                                                 

3. Put on flat washers and fasten by nuts.                                                         4. Put on spring washers and fasten by nuts again, then done.
